We take pride in our work to ensure it can compete visually and informatively with the best in the nation, but if our clients have an awful time during the process of making it then we have failed. We offer the same dedication to every client, regardless of what they pay us, and keep our workload at a level where we have the time to be creative and enjoy what we’re creating for you. We have NEVER missed a deadline since we began. When we set deadlines – we hit them with no excuses.

We recently gutted our business and restructured our foundation to stand for the long haul. During that process, our Leadership Team discussed and decided on our Core Values as a group. It is important that you know these and our definitions of them.

Lexi Browning

Director of Communications and Operations

As Director of Communications and Operations, Lexi brings tons of talent to the table. She is an accomplished reporter and photojournalist who has worked in Appalachia and beyond, writing and producing content for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, The Washington Post, Reuters, ProPublica, and a host of West Virginia-based publications. She completed a B.A. in Online Journalism from Marshall University and is pursuing an M.A. in Visual Communication from Ohio University.

Lindsay Crance

CONTENT MARKETING DIRECTOR

As Content Marketing Director for JJN Multimedia, Lindsay is responsible for content writing and strategy, social media management, and public relations services. Since graduating with her B.A. in Communications from Concord University in 2014, she has gained experience writing and developing marketing and public relations strategies for many organizations in Appalachia. She has a passion for helping organizations tell their stories in effective, dynamic ways and loves her home in the Mountain State.

Cory Frazier

ART DIRECTOR

Cory graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Advertising/Graphic Design and Studio Art from Concord University in 2011. His passion for creativity drives his dedication to improving brand image of organizations by implementing graphic design and advertising skills that coordinate with dynamic strategies for marketing solutions. Over the last 10 years, he has created successful traditional and digital campaigns, logos, and designs for dozens of clients across Appalachia.

Page Clay

Director of Web Development

As the Web Development Director for JJN Multimedia, Page oversees and develops modern, responsive, and eye-catching websites to solve client needs. She holds an Associate Degree in Information Technology with a focus in Web and Graphic Design from Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. Page’s love for web design shines through in every project she completes, showcasing each client’s individuality, while building a cohesive presence across the web.

Hannah Craig

Digital designer

As a Digital Designer, Hannah is in charge of designing and developing websites along with other design projects, such as logos and advertisements. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in both Advertising/Graphic Design and Studio Art from Concord University in December 2020. Hannah is always eager to add a creative twist while telling the stories of different organizations in Appalachia and beyond.

J.D. Belcher

Videographer and Owner

J.D.’s drive for changing the narrative of Southern West Virginia has taken him from his 9 years of experience as a coal miner, to now operating a full-service advertising agency located in Fayette County, WV for the past five years. He is responsible for not only the production of video assets for clients, but overseeing and implementing new and existing projects amongst the team. He believes that a healthy and collaborative environment will bring the best out of every project they are involved with.

Megan Greene

Digital Designer

Megan graduated from Marshall University in May 2020 with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. She has a passion for creating artwork and designs that positively and accurately represent her community and the Appalachian region. She is responsible for designing assets for websites, social media artwork, animations and other design projects that may need her creative flair.

Katie Washington

Marketing and Production Manager

As Marketing and Production Manager, Katie is responsible for the planning and production of video shoots for JJN Multimedia along with event coordination and internal marketing strategy. She holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University. For 15 years, Katie has worked in marketing and communications, with a passion for helping organizations share their message in the most effective ways.
