We have NEVER missed a deadline since we began. When we set deadlines – we hit them with no excuses.
We recently gutted our business and restructured our foundation to stand for the long haul. During that process, our Leadership Team discussed and decided on our Core Values as a group. It is important that you know these and our definitions of them.

Lindsay Crance
CONTENT MARKETING DIRECTOR
As Content Marketing Director for JJN Multimedia, Lindsay is responsible for content writing and strategy, social media management, and public relations services. Since graduating with her B.A. in Communications from Concord University in 2014, she has gained experience writing and developing marketing and public relations strategies for many organizations in Appalachia. She has a passion for helping organizations tell their stories in effective, dynamic ways and loves her home in the Mountain State.

Cory Frazier
ART DIRECTOR
Cory graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Advertising/Graphic Design and Studio Art from Concord University in 2011. His passion for creativity drives his dedication to improving brand image of organizations by implementing graphic design and advertising skills that coordinate with dynamic strategies for marketing solutions. For over a decade, he has created successful traditional and digital campaigns, logos, and designs for dozens of clients across Appalachia.

Director of Web Development
As the Web Development Director for JJN Multimedia, Page oversees and develops modern, responsive, and eye-catching websites to solve client needs. She holds an Associate Degree in Information Technology with a focus in Web and Graphic Design from Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. Page’s love for web design shines through in every project she completes, showcasing each client’s individuality, while building a cohesive presence across the web.

J.D. Belcher
Videographer and Owner
J.D.’s drive for changing the narrative of Southern West Virginia has taken him from his 9 years of experience as a coal miner, to now operating a full-service advertising agency located in Fayette County, WV for the past five years. He is responsible for not only the production of video assets for clients, but overseeing and implementing new and existing projects amongst the team. He believes that a healthy and collaborative environment will bring the best out of every project they are involved with.

Digital Designer
Megan graduated from Marshall University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Throughout her academic journey, she honed her skills in various aspects of design, developing a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to visual storytelling. Megan’s dedication is driven by her passion for creating artwork and designs that positively and accurately represent her community and the Appalachian region. Megan is responsible for developing user-friendly designs for websites, creating dynamic artwork for social media platforms, crafting eye-catching animations, and contributing her artistic flair to any design project that comes her way.

Marketing and Production Manager
As Marketing and Production Manager, Katie is responsible for the planning and production of video shoots for JJN Multimedia along with event coordination and internal marketing strategy. She holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University. For 15 years, Katie has worked in marketing and communications, with a passion for helping organizations share their message in the most effective ways.

Content Coordinator
Raistlin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Advertising/Graphic Design from Concord University in 2024. He has a passion for design and language, and as Content Coordinator he uses this passion to create engaging, eye-catching and effective social media content that shows the best parts of our client’s stories and services.
