Since our founding, JJN Multimedia has worked consistently — and almost exclusively — with Appalachians, from clients, to contractors, to staff. For our owner J.D. Belcher, a former coal miner, it was critical that our business was built from the ground up by West Virginians in West Virginia. Today, we operate as a team of seven full-time employees based throughout the southern part of the state.

At JJN Multimedia, we take great pride in what we do and who we are.

Every day, our talented team produces a wide variety of creative works for our clients, including visuals, video production, copywriting, brand and social media management, web development and management, graphic design services, and media buying strategies. We work diligently to create new materials and elevate existing content for our clients’ brands and other digital and print representations. Ultimately, we aim to empower our clients and amplify their efforts throughout our communities and beyond.

With new clients and projects on the horizon, the JJN Multimedia crew is looking to expand our network of creatives for hire. We’re specifically seeking out folks who possess:

  • a knack for storytelling
  • background in the following fields: film and video production, copywriting, web development, or graphic design
  • a strong work ethic 

Hired contractors will assist our crew in carrying out various facets of creative projects or production and may serve in following roles: production assistant, content development, web development, and graphic design.

Please note: All contract or hired work is paid, and we strive to make each project or production a memorable learning experience for our contractors when possible.
