It’s no secret that we are all spending more and more time on our phones, tablets, laptops, etc. When you add in the pandemic with people working from home permanently, we are more connected than ever to technology.

Video marketing is one of the fastest and most efficient ways to get your organization’s message out there, increase brand awareness and set yourself apart from the competition. Check out some of the latest stats about video marketing from the State of Video Marketing report from Wyzowl. 

  • Since 2016, video marketing usage has increased from 61% to 86%.
  • 64% of marketers say their video marketing plans for 2021 and 2022 were affected by the pandemic. Out of these people, three-quarters said the pandemic made it more likely they would create video. 
  • 87% of marketers say that video marketing has helped increase traffic to their website.
  • 81% of marketers say that video marketing helped them directly increase sales.
  • Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook were the top four platforms used for video marketing.
